  • Can I submit a screenshot of the passport bio page?
    No. Screenshots are not accepted; upload a clear, full-page scan.

Passport Validity Requirement 

The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Gabon and have 2 blank pages for entry/exit stamps. Applications with an expired or near-expiring passport will not be accepted.

  • Can I apply for the visa first and renew my passport later?
    No. Apply only after renewing your passport, as the visa is linked to your passport number.

  • Will any additional documents be required besides a passport and a photo? 
    No, only a valid passport and a recent digital photo are required. If any additional documents are needed, the visa support team will contact the applicant.
